Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the day to day operations within the Finance Department.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparation of Management Accounts for Acumen & Trust Limited and Beacon Trust Fund Managers Limited
Management of month end procedures and reports
Review of P&L accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable (including weekly Debtors reporting)
Monthly Payroll (A&T & BTFM)
Preparation of all Statutory Tax Returns (VAT, P30, P35)
Responsibility for proper Bank Movements and Bank Reconciliations
Analysing transactions and price movements which impact the Beacon Trust Portfolios PLC NAV
Review & sign off of the fortnightly Beacon Trust Portfolios PLC NAV's
Complete tax calculations on Beacon Trust redemptions
Assistance with the annual audits
Central Bank Returns
Assist in the annual budget preparation
Participate in Finance Department related projects as required

Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be assertive and impactful

Candidate must be studying for Professional Accountancy examinations (CPA/ACCA/CIMA)
Knowledge Of:

Microsoft Office suite essential
Automated accounting systems/packages required
Payroll application experience
