HP|konnect has a great opportunity for a process improvement specialist. My client is within the financial services and has been in the industry for over 30 years specialising in a variety of expertise. As process improvement specialist you will be tasked with planning, development, coordination, support and achieving a sustainable process improvement method.

Technical Skills:

3-4 years’ experience within process improvement.
High level experience in MS office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Access and MS project)

Skills Required:

A- level maths or equivalent.
3rd level educated (maths and statistics) – desirable.
Have an analytical skill-set and process management skills to develop a thorough process improvement plans.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills – able to propose several viable solutions to complex problems and be able to evaluate the best alternative and estimate the work required.
Provide reports and analysis of KPI to estimate the progress made globally and for each project.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus.
